Ready to BOX: Vmware + debian 7.5 + BOA (stable local max)

I have created a BOA (stable local max) installation in Debian 7.5 running in Vmware
username/password
- root/password
- user/password
- o1.ftp/Y7GEJjv2
how to use:
- get a Vmware app, (player, workstation, etc)
- download the files, see bellow for links
- open file .ovf
- boot up
log as root and figure you IP by running ifconfig
$ ifconfig
write your IP you'll need that later
In your host computer modify your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc)
add the IP of the machine with the domains
