At Bluespark, we’ve recently gone through a series of projects that had tight deadlines. After those projects were finished, we took a step back and compared these projects that managed to launch relatively on time and compare them to some of our other projects that, well, dragged on. I realized that there are several reasons why delaying launches are bad and things you can do up front to help a project stay on track.
