First, we listed the most common and burning issues that include:
1) Marketing Drupal. A general lack of experience, promotional materials, and a lack of a clear direction of marketing efforts led us to struggling on different stages of marketing Drupal and explaining its value to customers.

While I believe it to be true that much of the demand is for low cost suppliers, upwork nevertheless has significant demand for quality and professional agencies by now. Well curated upwork pages for your sales people is something I´d consider natural for lead generation. It´s sales hygiene.
