Hello, Miami Drupal!
WindwardJobs.com is a marine industry job board built on Drupal 7 using the eRecruiter profile distribution. I did a ton of custom changes and got wacky with Rules doing tons of cool user interface features. I also incorporated OpenLayers so that people can have geographic view of job locations.

I am sure all developers hate recruiters equally. That is why I recently launched this site. It is meant to be a place where employers and employees can
