importing / exporting nodes between drupal sites...

Hi all,
I want to publish contents from one drupal site to another drupal site. I am using PostgreSQL.
I initially tried some 3rd party replication tools, but didnt solve my issue completly.
Now i am trying Services and Feeds modules for importing data.

Is it correct way of exporting / importing nodes ?

Need your help. Kindly advice ...
