e-Commerce v3.x

Hi,

With now having 2 major versions of e-Commerce in the pipeline, I am wanting to hand over the management of the v3.x Branch to someone who will be able to do the following tasks...

• Back port fixes from v4.x to v3.x
• Maintain the issue queue for v3.x, and test submitted fixes.
• Manage releases of v3.x

Remember that this is a stable release of there will be no new features added, just fixing of bugs and security issues.
