Virtual Spokesperson video on the themeing layer.

Hi Every one.

Can anybody help me how to add a transparent video on the theme layer of Drupal like this example website

Have anybody done this before please leave a comment and link of your work to understand how it works and which motivates me.

I am stuck middle of some work with this. can anybody show me the way out.

The transparent layer will be removed (or Blue screen ) from the composite s/w and with the voice the video is rendered in Giff format.

After this can anybody explain what should be done.
