private group

Hi,

Is it possible in D7 to be invited to a group via email?

The use case is as follows:
- group admin sends email with subscription link to a friend
- friend clicks on link
- friend will be requested to log in
- friend is automatically added to group

Which steps should I follow to get this work?

Hi,

I want to create groups which can only be accessed by subscribing that group for a period,administered by group admins.When i use og_subscribe module for this, the contents i m adding as products in this group are shown like products which is to be added to cart to purchase.
But i want even the group access blocked if user does not have the license and products/contents inside it is shown automatically to those who have license.

Can anyone help me on this,
