actions trigger cron

Hola a todos, en mi sitio tengo creados varias acciones creadas de tipo envio por correo electronico, pero quisiera saber como yo puedo incorporar el logo de mi sitio, para que lo tenga la notificacion y este se muestre cuando el usuario lo reciba por correo

Existe alguna posibilidad de programar algun metodo para esta labor?

Desearia que me ayudaran en este aspecto

Curious as to how often or how rapidly a triggered action moves in Drupal (7)?

I searched for this answer via the documents but...?

I have comments (by anonymous) going to a 'review' cue and not being published automatically.
The trigger/action is to fire off an email to (X) (in this case me ) stating there is a comment in the queue
ready for editorial review.

The question is, is this whole action, to include the emailing out to me, instantaneously or is it fired based on
a cron job?
