HELP MY DRUPAL UPGRADE CRASHED MY SITE...and I need an expert to save the day...

greetings everyone...my Drupal Programmer recently went in and "upgraded" my Drupal platform and today we went in to move cabinets/servers at the CDN and after reboot the server is LOST and cannot function properly. We believe that we need to just have a proper reinstall done and it should not take long but the site is down tonight and the sooner the better.
