Thumbnail, views problem in IE7

I am have a slight problem with using views to display thumbnails. I've set my views to display a thumbnail image on a block when I load up a story. However, if I choose not to use a thumbnail then a red x appears in the block only in IE7 when I publish the content. Please take a look here in IE7 http://www.l2pnet.com/news Is there a work around that I can do to stop this from happening on IE7?
