How to add the AddThis (FB like, Google plus) to the quiz results page

Hi,
I would like to add the AddThis (FB like, Google plus, etc) buttons to the quiz results page.
Its possible to add it to quiz page or question page but not to the result page.
Does someone has a hint for me please.
