Why do i keep Getting Messages From Diffrent Parts of China?

The Groups when i posted this is Limited to Shanghai I hope; I fed up on receiving messages from Beijing and HongKong. I checked my notifications and I'm only subscribed to Shanghai. NO Authors NO Threads. So why do i keep getting messages from these Groups?
Is there a Filter somewhere in this community? or Do i have to Download a Module for my PC. >=(
