Detroit Drupal Hiring Companies/Headhunters/Recruiters?

Hello all, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I've had a really tough time finding a developer in Detroit to join our team? Have you had a good experience with any companies that might have an inside track to talented Drupal developers?
Thanks, our company and the projects we work on is cutting edge and very fun and rewarding, so I'm surprised I've had this much trouble.
