Intranet for policy creation

Hi All,
My first post as a new member of this group. Glad to be here. I work as an all-purpose IT person at our local health region in Newfoundland, Canada. I'm now in the process of developing tools that help people across the region, and across the country have discussions and collaborate on policy.
