Thiruvananthapuram, or TVM, also known as Trivandrum, is the capital and the largest city in the state of Kerala (KL), India.
It has a diverse population of more than 750,000 people, of which more than 50,000 are working in the software industry.
With its abundance of culture and education, Trivandrum has been been the epicentre of a lot of progress in the Free Software community in India, and has quite many good opensource communities.
