I'm a talent recruiter specializing in advertising and marketing talent- primarily in the digital and mobile space.
What makes me a really good recruiter? I've been on the other side of the fence. I've been a public relations manager, copywriter, ad agency account executive and client-side marketing director. I'm also currently a blogger and a social media strategist who dabbles in affiliate marketing. I draw on my past experience and know what a great design portfolio looks like. I know which candidates would be a perfect fit for a role not just based on their skillsets but on their personality type.
Given all this, it's no surprise that I love being with JBCConnect. We take creative staffing personally over here.
