I love Drupal! I've been a professional website developer (almost exclusively PHP on a LAMP stack) for the past 14 years, but when I started developing in Drupal 4 years ago, everything just clicked. All of my new sites are now in Drupal, and I've converted all of my old sites to Drupal as well. I almost never take on non-Drupal projects anymore.
I also love Drupal events. I've attended the past 3 North American DrupalCons (Boston, DC, and San Francisco), I'll be at DrupalCon Chicago in March, and helped organize the first ever DrupalCamp here in Phoenix this past November. I'm a co-maintainer of the Phoenix Drupal Users Group.
I'm the husband of the former Rachel Williams and the father of 11 energetic children. I'm the the out-of-the-box pioneer (read nut job) in the family. I introduced my wife to home school, alternative medicine, and other “radical” notions almost as soon as we were married. After getting her on board, I now do my best to support her and the kids in their education. I'm also a bit of a foodie and an aspiring amateur cook. I love to put together ethnically-diverse concoctions to share with friends and family and try out the more exotic options at my local ethnic restaurants.
