Your Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs serves our state’s 607,000 veterans by connecting them to the state and federal benefits they earned by serving our county.
WDVA offers PTSD Counseling, peer mentoring on college campuses, transitional housing and other programs for homeless veterans, support for veterans re-entering the workforce, assistance to veterans struggling after deployments and many other specialized programs. Our State Veterans Homes provide long-term care in Orting, Retsil, Spokane and Walla Walla.
