Having learned programming using BASIC on a Commodore C64 with a cassette tape drive for external storage, my first own PC featured a 'huge' 40MB hard drive and a 5¼” floppy drive. Never since, I could tear myself away from IT. Whenever having been challenged by problems of everyday life or business, there was an IT based, aided, or related solution to find, explore and create.
I designed and built computer systems, planned and implemented network architectures, have written programs in BASIC, Fortran, Pascal, C, C++, Java, LISP, Assembly, Visual Basic, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, Perl, JavaScript, ActionScript and a bunch of other languages that I can’t even remember.
While coming of age, studies in general business administration and finance, as well as doing business myself and helping my employers and clients to address their daily business needs, led to my second field of expertise: business administration and fiscal business management.
