Our mission is to help make the world a healthier, more peaceful place by helping people from all backgrounds to connect with yoga and to use yoga techniques and communities to create meaning and freedom in their lives. We seek to eliminate barriers of adoption — be they health-related, financial, logistical, informational or otherwise — enabling anyone who so desires to engage in a yoga practice that meets their needs, and to connect with a community who will support them in changing their lives for improved health and greater freedom.
