I'm a UX Designer and Researcher living in Watertown MA, specializing in helping development teams create smart user experiences for complex Drupal implementations. Recent projects included helping a major business school gather requirements and prototype solutions for aspects of a new Learning Management System, and working with one of the nation's oldest religious libraries to overhaul their site's information architecture and provide a better experience for the researchers and historians who regularly search the site's archives.
In 2011, I contributed several chapters to "The Definitive Guide to Drupal 7" (Apress), and started the "Drupal for Designers" series (O'Reilly), which has resulted in three guides ("Planning and Managing Drupal Projects," "Design and Prototyping for Drupal" and "Development Tricks for Drupal Designers"), and a larger book coming out in June 2012.
