This is the group for you if you would just like to use a CRM solution for Drupal and want to weigh in on features and ideas. It's also a good place to read or post announcements about modules and other projects that are ready for testing and use.
This group is a user-focused parallel to the CRM API group, which is more about the nuts and bolts about building CRM tools. If you are actively working on building a CRM solution for Drupal, please consider participating in both groups.
Post your user story!
Want to get involved in the Drupal CRM initiative but don't know a Party from an Arity? Want to make sure that the folks in the CRM API group are working on something that will satisfy your goals for managing contacts and relationships? Make your voice heard by posting your own user stories here!

Building a CRM system that is flexible enough for everyone, yet supportable for the long haul is a pretty big challenge. There are several different development initiatives, each with a different perspective on the problems, and each with a different set of developers.
In the interest of forward progress, we've agreed that it is OK to continue developing these projects independently, even though they might duplicate or even conflict with each other. But each of these developers values the idea of coming together to find common ground and areas for collaboration. There is a regularly-scheduled meeting for CRM developers to discuss their progress and ideas.

Read moreBlog series comparing CRM Core and Redhen
Hi folks,
I just started a blog about digital experience management with Drupal, and am writing a series comparing CRM Core and Redhen features. A lot of people seem to have questions about the similarities and differences between the two modules. Since I am researching just that for a project now, I figured I would share my findings.
The first post is here:

Read moreWhy did you choose Redhen or CRM Core?
I am just curious to hear why people chose to use CRM Core or Redhen for their particular projects over other available options (Profile, 3rd party CRM, etc). I am currently evaluating CRM solutions for a project I am working on, and am interested in hearing stories from others who have gone through similar processes and settled on a native CRM solution.
I am not looking to start a debate about which of these modules - Redhen or CRM Core - is better than the other, or the differences between the two. I spent a good deal of time with each, and think they are both great modules.

Hi folks,
Has anyone found a module or built custom integration between CRM Core and Webforms? I see that this integration exists for Redhen, so I figured someone may also have built it for CRM Core.

RedHen CRM case studies needed
Hi RedHen users,
I just got back from NTEN's annual Nonprofit Technology Conference. There is a ton of interest in RedHen and a few larger nonprofits as well as a handful of larger Drupal shops interested in leveraging RedHen on large-scale Drupal-CRM projects. It's great to see RedHen gain traction and ThinkShout is very interested in supporting other developers who seek to contribute to the project.
