Responsibilities

• Perform programming and application development as needed on projects
• Collaborate with User Experience and Project Management teams to prototype or brainstorm solutions for our clients
• Manage and mentor members of the development team
• Provide feedback to the project manager concerning project risks, creative aspects, and schedules
• Deliver releases per schedules agreed upon with project manager
• Provide business development support as needed including meeting with clients and creative teams

In an effort to support the entire range of Drupal skills amongst our members, I propose we generate a list of topics for our meetings. This is a wiki page so all the members should be able to edit it directly. Don't be afraid no topic is too simple or too complex.
