Depending on how many people show up, we may decide to break out into work groups to help move things forward on multiple fronts.

Is this event going to be at Bande Passante, or somewhere else? Oh, I may have to bring my kid along, but he's usually pretty quiet so it should be fine.
And what's this about Drupalcamp Montreal!? Very cool. Let me know if I can help with that. I don't have much free time, but I'll be willing to put in some time on this.

I really wish I could make it
I've been meaning to attend for a while, but I unfortunately have a day job, so I'll see you... in a month. Every two months seems to me like an awfully long break between meetups!
Are there any other Drupal-based events/groups around Montréal besides this one or is the Drupal community mostly an online thing? I attended WebChick's CVS meeting on that cold, rainy day a month or so ago. I found it was nice, fun and educational (thanks again, WebChick); but these don't happen too often, don't they?
I'm also looking to get more social about the sorts of thing I do at work and sometimes on my own -- currently mostly related to PHP/JavaScript and everything around it, the freer the better (to me, at least) -- so I might also be interested in attending other webdev meetups.
You are free to roll your own too...
... nobody has a monopoly on these meetups... so feel free to organise your own if you feel that the next one is too far away in time or place. If you manage to gather a few new faces, even better!

There's a Drupal meetup once a month at least (organized by Koumbit), alternating between Fridays and Saturdays, as well as other impromptu meetups anyone is invited to organize.
Last call...
... the meetup will start in about 45 minutes. And Koumbit will be supplying some refreshments as well... first come first served :-)

Sorry I couldn't make it
Sorry, guys, but I got tied up with my kid and a client today, so didn't have the time to make it over there. I hope it all went well. I think for me the best times are weekends or after 6pm so that I am free from having to deal with my kid at the same time.
