Topic proposals
I have two topics I could talk about, both concerning the Drupal ecosystem, rather than Drupal coding itself:
Drupal performance. varnish+nginx+apc+pressflow, and other methods like a CDN, native Drupal performance enhancements, etc.
Agile Development for Drupal Teams: At HCI, we've fashioned a very effective development process for small teams based on best-of-breed processes and tools, including: SCRUM+PivotalTracker for development management; ZenDesk for support; git and git flow for source control; a home-grown semi-automated release process; Drupal configuration (mostly) in code; etc.
Any interest in either of these topics?
Louis
I might actually make it to this one!
I'll have to drive up from boston, but I might actually make it to this UVD meetup!
A presentation on project mercury al-la item 1 on liber_tas's list would be great to see. Drupal is getting to the point where knowing what these technologies do and how they work is marking the difference between success and failure on medium to large projects with sizeable volume. This is very very valuable information to share.
personally I'd really like to see / hear about your agile setup. Its becoming increasingly popular among my clients to say "we use an agile process", only to find that its actually just a waterfall with 2hr stand-up meetings every morning (very not agile). The few success stories out there are great case studies. I'd love to hear yours.

Developer topic ideas -- please vote
For my part of the May 25th presentation, here are some topics I'd like to get feedback on. Which is of interest to you?

Drush, D7 module dev, and 10 great modules would be my picks. Thanks!!! I'm trying to get there from Burlington.
Reminder: UVDUG meeting this Wednesday
Just a reminder of the UVDUG meetup Wednesday. I'll present on our Drupal development process and supporting tools, and Dwight will talk about drush - an indispensable tool in every developer's toolbox. We'll also talk about New Hampshire wide Drupal activities like the NH Summit and Drupalcamp NH.
Also, if you have a problem or idea that you need fresh sets of eyes on, or have something interesting you're working on, bring those along for discussion.
Hope to see all of you there!
Louis
Beer!
I almost forgot the most important part - beers afterward at Margerita's!
