While it's a great idea, at this point the attendee list has been handed off to polytech U and we can't add people. Also, the budget of the event is explicitly based on the fact that many people don't show up sunday and therefor we need less food/coffee/etc. -- we can't afford a full house both days.

Does this mean that Poly U will be checking IDs and anyone not on the list will be turned away at the door?

In the past they've been rather lax on checking the list, that does not mean they will this time. We have no clue and I just think it's a bad idea to get people's expectations up, have them come all the way to Polytech and then not be able to get in.
