The Global Justice code sprinters have converged on Washington DC to bang out drupal functionality for Global Justice's next generation website. Convened by Sam Boyer (panels maintainer), a dedicated group of drupalistas is working on the drupal user system to decentralize control of permissions and other neat functionality for this distributed network of students and activists.
The sprinters would like to invite members of DC's drupal community to stop by Tamarindo this tuesday night at 7 pm for dinner and drinks. It's late notice, but come by and say hello, eat dinner, learn about the project, and hang out. We'll have a few tables together to sit and chat. Tamarindo is good food and moderately priced.
There is no fancy agenda, just dinner, so don't be shy. See you there!

Glad to be back home
Looking forward to seeing the DC Drupal posse again. If you skip it you'll miss riveting tales of eating Elk steak, -4 F temperatures, and other wonders from Montana.
can't wait to see DC Drupalers tonight!
Also looking forward to meeting some from the legendary DC Drupal community! We'll be able to report on our users / groups / panels / blueprints progress.
