Need property listing module for Drupal 6

I'm interested in bulding a website for a real estate investor with Drupal 6.
www.netrift.com offers a property listing module for Drupal 6 called uListing.

Has anyone had any experience with it? Would you recommend it?

ulisting module works well for property listings website

I purchased the ulisting module from netrift.com for only $19.95. It works very well. The realtor client can login and upload the photos and property details. The property listings are quite attractive and well laid out. The property listings are automatically posted to the blog and visitors are able to leave comments.

Stuipd pay module

I really really really hate the fact that they are keeping the source hidden. It is under the GPL, and it is perfectly legal for them to sell it. But we could have such a better code if it was available on Drupal.org.

I'm tempted to buy it and check it in to Drupal.org.
