These are the dates discussed at the May 10 Manchester meetup. Please try to weigh in before next month so we can set a date and start making arrangements.
The likely venue will be the same as the last Summit on May 7, 2011 - The Barley House Pub at 132 North Main Street, Concord.
The plan would be to meet from 1pm to around 5pm. And then--as last year--we can stick around to continue informally after we give up the room.

Online/recorded component
I have a vacation planned from July 21-29; I'd like to attend, especially if there's an online/recorded component being considered. The sooner we start talking about that, the better. It's possible that this discussion could/should start before that meeting takes place. I'm voting for June 23, but it's possible I can come back a couple of days early to attend - so July 28 is a possibility too - but unfortunately I can't on the day Roger selected...bummer.

Honestly, I'm available for any of those dates myself (can you say "get a life"?). I just indicated the one that seemed most likely.
Unless there is a way to set the poll up differently, I'd say just indicate your first choice with the poll, and leave a comment with other dates.

Hey all! I voted for July 21, but really I'm free all the dates suggested except for July 7.
June 23rd
It seems (so far at least) that June 23rd is the leading date, and I personally prefer that one...
As we'll obviously be discussing timing/dates for DrupalCampNH, the sooner we can do this and get an idea in place to move forward with the better, and since it currently looks like it's either late June or Late July, the June date will start the ball rolling a bit sooner.
As a reminder, we have funds available (around $2500) from last year's camp to start things moving, including paying the ~100$ fee for usage of the downstairs bar/space at the Barley house.
Roger, would you mind reaching out to them to confirm that the dates that seem to have the most support at the moment are available?

I just heard back from the
I just heard back from the Barley House and, unfortunately, the room isn't available for the June 23rd date. So unless someone knows another venue in Concord (probably the most central location for all 4 "regions"), we'll need to focus on the other dates.
