Hi everyone. Please feel free to add to this or correct it as you see fit.

Minutes from last night's meeting

Established

We're planning to hold the camp on the 13th of October, 2012. We're planning to run as many as 30 sessions across 4-5 simultaneous streams.

A three day code sprint will be planned at the same time. We're currently looking at configuration management as the focus of this sprint. This will likely occur across the Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

To Do

  • Confirming a Venue: McGill - Andrew Lindsay, Dawson and St. Pierre - Omar
  • Finding someone to lead code sprint - Omar will propose this with the initiative organizers at their upcoming meeting.
  • Find keynote - Amitaibu?
  • Clone Website - Suzanne is taking this on. We want to set up advance payment this year.

  • August 9th, 2012 - Drupal camp Planning
