Drupal has been invited to participate in the RedHat Summit Expo in Chicago. The Drupal booth will be available for two days and will give us an opportunity to promote Drupal to a large audience of professional open source users. The costs for the booth are $1500 and if we can find some booth organizers we can find funding for the booth.

I will be at Drupalcon.
Although, I am sure we can find volunteers not able to make it to Paris?
Too Late.
With only a week left before it starts there isn't sufficient time to get this coordinated.
We'll have to plan ahead next time.
