One idea mentioned at the Summit meeting regarding the camp was to have more of a Drupal expo to promote those building Drupal sites to businesses. I think this idea has some merit but still not sure if it can be incorporated into a camp. There are to alternatives if that we may want to discuss. One is the Made in NH Expo I've attended a couple of times as a spectator and once as an exhibitor. Booths are a little expensive but as a group it maybe manageable. This year it's the first weekend in April

The other one to consider is Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference if they have one this year that is. http://nhcmtc.org/
This one is geared more towards education which I think would just lend a hand in showing how flexible Drupal is.
For those who were not able to attend a lot of ideas were discussed on the format for the camp. Since we had no firm winner we decided to put together a survey to see what format people would like in our next camp. We did agree the time frame for the camp would be Sept/Oct depending on Camp style and venue availability.
I know Roger & Jake and a few others did volunteered to help run the camp but neither would volunteer to chair the camp. I did volunteer to Chair the camp (when they were out of the room) the only way I can do it is with help from others. So what I would like to do is have an Camp Committee and have at least 1 representative from each meetup. We can meet via Skype or Google groups this way each meetup is represented and can update their own meetup on the progress of the Camp.
Please feel free to add your thoughts and when Tanya sends the survey please take the time to fill it out.

Thanks for doing the write-up, Mary! The snow stopped after two hours and I wish I'd just gone anyway :(
Was anyone interested in doing a code sprint? Those are less effort to do, though obviously it's a slightly smaller audience.
Incidentally there's an official world-wide sprint weekend in March: http://groups.drupal.org/node/277768 While obviously it's short notice (two weeks!) is there anywhere central we could get together to collaborate on D8?
Mary, thanks for volunteering to be chair for the camp committee. With our third child due in late July / early July (gulp), and some other things going on, I'm limited time-wise, but I will be happy to join the committee and do as much as I can.
I would be interested in a
I would be interested in a code sprint, the only thing is I work on the weekends but I'm free on Thursday & Friday.

Code Sprint
Maybe we could get together at the Concord or Manchester Library? I don't know about those libraries in particular, but typically public libraries have conference rooms available for free use.
Otherwise, if you wanted to come all of the way to the Seacoast, I have several ideas of locations.
Code Sprint
Manchester might work out well but Concord has limited space and availability. The Hooksett Library has rooms as well and two are quite large. The Bedford Library also has some nice space but they're usually booked solid.

Boston code sprint
FYI I've decided to head over to Boston for Acquia's code sprint on Saturday. I'll be traveling on my own, so anyone interested in a ride down?
Good write-up Mary! I also
Good write-up Mary! I also wanted to float a third option: we could put on our own Drupal Business Expo. The Atlanta Drupal User Group has put on such an event in 2011; here is a write-up about it:

I know the folks at Mediacurrent, and I'm sure they would be willing to share their budget, schedule, and other event details.
