still waiting for the promised financial summary/statement from your last event. Might be a good idea to put that out there before asking for sponsors for this one, eh?

Eric - Thanks for

Eric - Thanks for following-up on this. We're in the midst of finishing the reporting, and we should have the draft ready by around June 15, with the formal review by independent CPA ready shortly thereafter (around June 30 fiscal year end). As mentioned, the approximate budget published last year in advance of NYC Camp is largely consistent with the actual spend and non-profit approach: http://2012.nyccamp.org/budget.

Also note that sponsorship for NYC Camp 2013 will be run under the Drupal Association Fiscal Sponsorship Program. As with last year, the budget for the event will be listed on NYC Camp web site, and for now also available in Google Docs: https://bitly.com. As with last year, all documents, summaries, financial info and accounts are accessible in Google Docs to anyone helping organize the camp. We'll also be preparing a detailed financial summary report for 2013. The above timing/approach should hopefully provide sponsors with any information needed to make their sponsorship decision.
