And wtf with the crazy password requirements?
Looking into it
I'll look into the Pageroute error shortly.
Regarding the password requirements, I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about. It's default Drupal stuff.

More info needed
I'll need more info re: the Pageroute error. I can't reproduce it.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

registration errors
Hi Todd,
I just registered, went to fill out my info and got this detailed error
Fatal error: Class 'PageroutePage' not found in /home/drupalcamp/domains/drupalcampaustin.org/public_html/sites/all/modules/pageroute/pageroute.module on line 198
I have attached a screen cap.

ps. attaching an image also generated an error: An HTTP 0 error occurred
/filefield/ahah/profile/field_user_picture/0
hmm - when I redid the create profile process with nothing in the image upload field, it went fine. maybe that will help find the problem?
It worked for me, so maybe
It worked for me, so maybe you uncovered a glitch.
I believe that the password "requirements" are really just recommendations, and it will let you use whatever you want.
No link for Session Submissions
Hi -
Can't seem to find the link for Session Submissions anywhere on the schedule page. Can someone who CAN see it send a direct link, perhaps?
Thanks in advance!
Link to submissions
The link is at the top of the "Schedule" page ("Submit a session"):
http://drupalcampaustin.org/schedule
You can also submit sessions directly here:
http://drupalcampaustin.org/node/add/session
You must be logged in to submit a session.

Can you make the link more obvious?
Todd, I have trouble seeing that link even after several return trips to the page. Is there a way to make it stand out better? Perhaps offering a direct route to the submission form from the main page for DrupalCamp would help more folks find it.
UI on Sessions
To an anonymous user, the tab on the Schedule page only says "session." The "submit a session" tab doesn't appear on the Schedule page until the user is logged in.
If it were to tell anonymous users that "you must create an account/log in to submit a session" then it might be more helpful. Now an anonymous user has to work pretty hard to get to that part.

Ride Share?
This sounds like an awesome event and would love to make it out there from Asheville, NC. I was wondering if there were any other folk from the east coast heading to Austin that would be open to a hitchhiker! I can't say my beater can make the 2000 mile round trip. ride share
I'm really tempted to register, but I got to do it today. The only thing is that I'd be coming from Springtown (west of Fort Worth) and I'm not sure my old clunker would make it too :-o
I have decided that its not
I have decided that its not worth it. It would be a 23 hour drive for you and missing 2 days worth of work. Maybe next year.

I just registered for DrupalCamp Austin :-)
Well, I'm gonna try to come down to Austin. It's time I get SERIOUS with Drupal. I've never been to a DrupalCamp before. I haven't worried about where I will stay at the moment. I'll just worry about it IF my car makes it! ha ha ha :-o
Registration ends TOMORROW at noon
If you haven't purchased a ticket for DrupalCamp Austin, you should do so RIGHT NOW! Registration ends tomorrow, and there are only a few tickets left.
