Its that time again. DrupalCon is this week so a meetup is pretty much impossible with everyone heading out of town. (Next week would be difficult too).
How about April 10th?
People should be back from DrupalCon, the code from the SF Code sprint should be committed and a whole new slew of functionality available (right?).
When: Tuesday, April 10th 7pm
Where: MNN 537 west 59th st.
Where in NY terms: 59th btwn: 10th and 11th
How to get here:
Subway: A, B, C, D or 1 trains to Columbus Circle (59th) then 2 block west towards the Hudson.

I'm interested in some backend issues, as I have a project that needs
to share it's database with multiple sites, and also with an existing
CRM application.
Also of interest, how to select an appropriate host with lots of
hand-holding, and lots of expert developer support. I'm not sure how
much I should expect for $20/month.

Net entrepreneur who'd like to attend meetup.
Don't know programming at all but would like to give it a try. I'm building a community/content management site and I'm fairly certain Drupal will do the trick. Perhaps someone can answer some very newbie questions about development. My experience is with Photoshop and PostScript (15 Years) and I've got cred in those areas. Thoughts?
4/10? I'd go.

I'll be there
Look forward to meeting everyone tomorrow. I'm working on my first Drupal project at the moment - using the Gmap module a lot. Would be interested in speaking to someone who's used the Locale module.
Is there wireless internet access at MNN?
Cheers, Thomas
