- Consider planning and running a poll or survey to evaluate who is interested in helping make DCAP happen;
- Find out where DCAPO members are geographically
- Find out what resources they could commit to a DCAP
- Find out what the cross-section of that is so that we can locate "hot spots"
- Adapt the ERDO document for DCAPO
