Job Description
I know a lot of Drupal developers, but they vary greatly in expertise. Do you have a job description that outlines the kind of expertise you are looking for? Just saying "senior web developer" could mean anything from a strong PHP programmer with Drupal experience to a design-centric candidate who fully understands Drupal themes.

We're looking for someone who is well-rounded with Drupal, but whose skills are geared specifically towards implementation and custom module development. We're not looking for themers, but that is, of course, a great skill to have. It's just not central to the role here.
