Why do you go to Drupal Camps?
I go to Drupal camps because I know that if I learn one new thing or meet one cool person who's willing to share their experiences with me, then it was a successful use of my time. Whatever I learn doesn't even have to be Drupal related, the point is I'm a wiser person for having immersed myself into the community. I organize Drupal camps because I want others to have that same opportunity, and it's rewarding for me to see people get together and share their brilliant ideas and work.
So, why do you go to Drupal Camps (big, small, local, international)?

New Drupalistas Study Group project forming...
Hey there all...
Our Drupalistas Study Group tripled in size this last round (from 5 to 15 !! :) ). We are not a big group, but we ARE having a good time learning Drupal in quick, bite-sized chunks. It has been loads of fun. So much fun, in fact, we are starting another "track" of learning.

Hey Guys,
After Ezra G's keynote at Sandcamp, I decided to contribute some of the custom modules I had created for a client project. I decided to start with something small, but useful (IMO).
Our Drupalista Study Group is back at it!
On the menu for this go 'round is multi-sites. We'll be learning how to set up a multi-site live, how to configure our local machines to work with multi-sites and multi domains, set up git branches & repos for the sites, update the variety of sites with Drush and best ways to handle individual configuration of modules as required.

We have a cool new venue at UCSD's Price Center, hot sprints, keynotes from Ezra Gildesgame (Acquia Distribution Manager) and Greg Knaddison (Senior Engineer with Card.com). As always great sessions, Drupal travelers from around the country, and great parties.
