I've searched high, low... hell I tried everything but Yahoo and asking my dog (my dog being more useful). Is there a module where users can input their zip code and basic information and then email their senators?

If there isn't, is there a write up on how to combine a set of modules to deliver this functionality? No combination of keywords I can cook up is doing me any good...

The New York State Senate is seeking experienced Drupal developers to join their team in New York City. The Senate uses Drupal to power NYSenate.gov, a site often hailed as the leading web platform for legislative bodies. You may remember it being featured alongside whitehouse.gov during the keynote presentation at DrupalCon San Francisco in 2010.

Hi group,
It was an amazing experience developing ICAR’s website (http://www.icar.org.in/ - a government website). You can check the credit line in footer. Faced lot of difficulties in convincing from security and sustainability point of view but finally we could do it. Though it was not easy...
But the best part of it is that we could motivate and help other institutes of ICAR in developing their websites in Drupal. Will add their links in list.
