More and more, Marketing and Sales are about managing content online. The Internet has changed the way customers buy. Today the buyer gets full information online before buying, and because of this Marketing (content) increases dramatically its impact on the sales process, the same way Sales decreases it.
The new Digital Marketing System includes all the digital channels a company uses to communicate with her potential customers, get new leads, nurture them till they are ready to buy, convert them into customers and promote new sales from actual customers.
Ideally, a Digital Marketing System is composed by six automated sub-systems:
1) Content Marketing System and Keywords Map.
2) Web Content Management System.
3) Social Media Marketing System.
4) Online Advertising System (including Search Engine Marketing).
5) Marketing Automation System (landing pages, gated assets and email marketing).
6) Sales Automation System.
