Hi!
Can someone provide a link to a (video)-tutorial or howto for creating an own base layer with http://www.maptiler.org/. I am fiddling around with maptiler for the whole afternoon and can't bring the stupid thing to render a large tiff into a map. What will I have to do when I get it to work? Just throw it into an folder on the webserver?
I know there is a maptiler Google group and I will ask there as well. But I thought there could be an complete roundtrip tutorial from using maptiler until getting the layer into drupal.

I just made my first selfmade tiled map baselayer out of a pirate map image. If someone is interested I can write an howto.

I'm also interested. Trying to implement, I get my layer to show with the included Maptiler Server, but whatever I do, can't get it to play nicely with Drupal. I get the pink "Tile not found"-backgrounds, but nothing more. So any hint on how to successfully load the layer into Drupal would be great! Couldn't find much on the subject, so a tutorial would be really helpful.
