Drupal Developer - Hotel Reservation System

Hello,

I'm looking for an experienced Drupal developer who could build a website that fulfills the following criteria:

Ability to assign prices by:
-Room type
-Season (date ranges, ability to create seasons so they can be reapplied to different date ranges)
-Individual days (when occupancy is high for certain dates, they often raise prices, when low they may want to lower them)

Ability to include offers for specific dates:
-X% off
-X Euros off
-X nights for the price of X nights (3 nights for the price of 2)

Ability to assign “inventory” for direct sales
-Assign certain number of rooms by date and/or season for immediate sale / confirmation
-Close out dates entirely (specific date or date ranges in which hotel has no availability)
-Close out rooms for specific dates (ie: hotel has no Double rooms left on a date(s) but has single rooms)

Implementation across 3 sites.

Theming will be done by another individual. Payment processing will not be handled via the website.

If you a) are qualified or b) know someone who would fit the bill, please chime in. Implementation will be starting in the next few weeks. Remote candidates are acceptable (project is currently being split between Spain and North Carolina). Additional information for requesting a quote is being gathered and will be shared with interested candidates.
