Some update about logistics
Just confirm the booking of meeting room with HKCSS. We will able to use the Rm103 since 18:45 (15mins before event start). It will able to support up to 65 attendees.
On the other hand, I find this restaurant which is very close to Duke Of Windsor Social Services Bldg (http://bit.ly/hVyjwm): Ebeneezer's Kebabs & Pizzeria. Any idea for a post-gathering with some pizza and beer? If so I will also reserve some seat day before our event :D
