User group meeting
This party almost slipped through the cracks... but we had a good time at O'Reilly's Irish Pub in downtown Frankfurt.
Thank you to everyone who helped and who joined for the party.
One nice surprise was a visit from a group of Typo3 developers who we're working on converting to a superior choice in open-source content management. ;-)

German/English event and Information about location
Hallo,
Hello,
this event is a little bit more international as our normal "Stammtisch". But don't be afraid of english or german language. It's a party!
I think most guests can understand more or less German and Englisch language. Or every time somebody will be there to translate ...

Vielen Dank, Carsten...
I was just coming back to add the map links, etc, so I'm happy to see you've beaten me to it. Also good that you are posting a bit in German, too. Even though the location (O'Reilly's) is pretty "international", the vast majority of people coming will be fluent or native speakers of German. I'm the exception and from past experience I know I have a hard time understanding people in busy places ... even if they are speaking English, but I do understand a fair bit of German (even if I'm not yet fluent). If anyone wishes to contact me for any reason, they can feel free to write me in German.
Anyway... I've updated our party details on the "release party" site. If anyone can think of other places to get the word out or has other things you'd like to do to help bring some color and fun to the party, please don't hesitate to jump in and lend a hand to make this a great party! Tweet it, talk about it on Facebook, tell your (Drupal-fan) friends... and come have fun! (But please make sure people come here and sign up so we know who and how many to expect).

Thanks for all your active work...
Cheers, once again, Carsten Logemann, Carsten Mueller, Agnieszka Krupka (who made us such nice decorations, but couldn't join us) and to everyone else who helped get the party organized and/or came to help us drain the pitchers... we couldn't have done it without you. :-)
