Posting this here as I'm not sure what else to do with it:
At the Drupalcons in San Francisco (2010) and DC (2009) folks got together for Drupal for Good-type BoFs. In DC I think that Ivan (rootwork) and I created a Google Doc and collected folks' info, saying we'd do SOMETHING with it. The something that we did was bring it to Drupalcon SF, where more folks signed up. I don't think we ever came up with a clear plan of what to do with this, but I've got a doc of 50 names, email addresses, URLs, and D.o & Twitter handles.
With Drupalcon CHI soon approaching, I feel badly about having done nothing with this! Most folks indicated that they'd like to join a mailing list or group for nonprofit Drupal folks if one was started. I'm inclined to email everyone on the list and suggest they join this g.d.o group if they haven't already. Any objections or other, better suggestions?
