So I need to know about some of the most important drupal module which can help me for developing my online Portfolio website.

You should probably sketch out a sitemap and the desired features of your site first and then consider the technical implementation. Upon that, you may ask again specific questions regarding your demands on modules.

I use Gallery http://gallery.menalto.com/ for my portfolio, which is embedded in my Drupal site http://netsperience.org/index.php/v/admin/portfolio/?q=gallery and also linked as a standalone portfolio site http://portfolio.netsperience.org/main.php/v/admin/portfolio/
