- Decide on roles & duties to split up what needs to get done.

Attract potential sponsors
- Decide sponsorship amounts & goals
- Talk with Drupal Association
- Put together a list of sponsors
- Call and/or write sponors
- Assemble list of potential sponsors
- Set budget for speaker support: hotel and travel cost and venue cost
- Arrange with OLF the perks we can give sponsors, signs, program book, OLF website, etc.
- Funds will be paid to OLF, which is a 501c3 and earmarked for Drupal programming.
Decide "Drupal room" format
- Decide how the 7 hours on Saturday gets split up into speaker & hands-on segments.
a. One important, general interest topic/speaker to draw in crowds in a main OLF presentation room, seating about 300.
b. Other speakers for the smaller Drupal room, seating 50-100.
c. Hands on class for 20-30. - Decide on speakers, topics, time slots.
Attract potential speakers/experts
- Call for speakers and topics (announce on g.d.o., ask around)
Drupal table in the vendor area
- Computer with Drupal presentation
- Drupal raffle
Logistics & Requirements
- Manpower
- A/V, Electrical, Room Configuration requirements (A/V Package, projector, monitors for the "Drupal table")
