User group meeting
Do you love stuffing swag bags? Moving tables and chairs? Putting name badges together?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you're definitely interested in helping set up Florida DrupalCamp 2011! We're meeting at 6pm on Friday, February 11 at Crummer Hall (#48 on this map) at Rollins College. The more people we have helping out, the quicker we'll all be able to go grab some dinner and libations.
See you there!

Friday and D7
Hi Mike, is there a room number in Crummer? Also, you mentioned downloading D7 in advance. We've only used Acquia download and D7 is not ready yet. Do you have further instructions on how to do this without hosing our test and production D6 installations? thanks.
BOF requests
Also is there a way to request BOF sessions in advance? I am interested in the following BOFs:
- SEO
- mapping, geo, location
- OG
I'm sure there will be lots going on about when to go to D7 but is there a BOF set up?
thanks.
We don't have a specific room
We don't have a specific room number for the setup at Crummer (or do we? Andrew?). There will be a bunch of us there, carrying boxes and stuffing swag bags - we shouldn't be to hard to find.
Our beginner track chairman, Gaelan, has been working on some documentation for downloading and installing Drupal 7 with DAMP - it will be posted on FLDrupalCamp.org as soon as it is ready. (Gaelan - please be sure to post a note about it on groups.drupal.org/florida as well)
No BOFs are scheduled as of yet - this will be something that is organized on Saturday morning - look for a big white board.
Thanks,
-mike
Thanks for your input. As far
Thanks for your input. As far as BOF sessions go, we are doing those ad-hoc at the camp, with a whiteboard. We still have a few half-hour times open for regular sessions if you want to suggest something there too. In the past we have tried to preserve some free space for sessions that were needed, but not on the schedule.
