The Digital Enterprise Research Institute [DERI] at NUI, Galway will host the Spring 2011 edition of Drupalcamp Ireland on April 2nd and 3rd 2011.
The event is organised by Drupal Ireland.

UPDATE: Website now live at http://www.drupalwest.com

The event will features presentations, discussions and workshops for Drupal Users and developers at all levels.
And some social activites where we talk Drupal even more.

More details, including a dedicated website, are on the way shortly.

In the meantime, clear your diaries for that weekend!

We're looking for speakers, sponsors, volunteers and attendees.

If you would like to help out, regardless of where you are, drop me a note, or leave a comment.
We have a separate intranet to discuss the logistics, open to anybody who wants to help out.

Alan,
I'll volunteer to do a session on something. Some possibilities are: drupal for beginners, views/cck, ubercart, etc.

Also Mickey & I at indytech can donate a year's free drupal hosting (as a door prize or whatever), and can also host the Drupal Camp website for free if it's looking for a home.
We can also set up a couple of web server accounts for use over during the weekend if needed
